These Terms & Conditions govern your use of kidslearnwithconcept.in (the "website") and any purchase you make on it. The website is operated by AVANPA CREATION PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the website or completing a purchase you accept these terms.

In brief. Everything sold here is a digital PDF delivered instantly. You may print and reuse it for your own family or classroom. You may not resell it or share the file publicly. All sales are final.

We sell digital educational products — e-books, workbooks, worksheets and printable PDFs for learners from UKG to Class 5. Nothing is shipped physically. We also publish free worksheets, presentations, articles and videos.

Delivery is electronic and immediate: the PDF becomes available for download as soon as payment succeeds. Access remains available on the same device and browser for 7 days. Please download and save your file within that window. Clearing cookies, switching browsers or using another device may end access early.

Because the products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final — no refunds, returns, cancellations or exchanges. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full terms, including the 48-hour remedy for genuine technical problems.

Free material may be downloaded and printed for personal or classroom use, but the restrictions in section 5 apply to it as well.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its servers or its download endpoints; not to circumvent payment; not to scrape or bulk-download content; and not to interfere with the site's normal operation.

Our material is designed to support learning at home and in the classroom. It is supplementary practice and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for any school board, examination body or prescribed syllabus. We make no guarantee of any particular academic result.

The website links to and embeds third-party services such as YouTube, Razorpay and Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of those services.
