This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital products (e-books, worksheets and downloadable PDFs) sold on kidslearnwithconcept.in, operated by AVANPA CREATION PRIVATE LIMITED.
Every item sold on this website is a digital e-book / PDF that is made available for download and viewing immediately after a successful payment. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.
Since access to the digital content is granted instantly upon successful payment, all purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product delivered at once, and you waive any right to a refund or a "cooling-off" cancellation.
After a successful payment, the purchased PDF remains available for download on the same device/browser for a period of 7 days. Please download and save your file within this period.
We want you to receive what you paid for. If you experience a genuine technical problem — for example the file does not open, the download link fails, or you received the wrong file — contact us within 48 hours of purchase with your payment reference. We will re-share or fix access to the correct file. This is a service remedy and does not constitute a refund.
