This Privacy Policy explains how AVANPA CREATION PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), which operates kidslearnwithconcept.in, handles information about visitors and customers. By using this website you agree to the practices described here.

The short version. We collect only what we need to deliver your purchase and keep the site working. We do not sell your personal information. We never ask children for personal details.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, mobile number and message you type. When you buy an e-book, our payment partner collects the details needed to process the payment.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites we record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you view. This powers the visitor counter and helps us fix problems.
Cookies. A small cookie records which e-books you have purchased, so your download stays available for 7 days on the same device and browser. Third parties named below may also set cookies.

2. Payment information

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card number, UPI ID, netbanking credentials and similar payment details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are never stored on our servers. We receive only a payment reference, the amount, the status of the transaction and the product purchased. Razorpay's own privacy policy governs its handling of your data.

3. How we use your information

To deliver the e-book you purchased and keep your download link valid for the access period.
To reply to questions, feedback or book requests you send through the contact form.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and technical faults.
To understand which pages and free worksheets are useful, so we can improve them.
To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations in India.

4. Third-party services

We use a small number of established services, each of which may receive limited data as a result of your visit:

Razorpay — payment processing.

YouTube — embedded learning videos.
EmailJS — delivery of contact-form messages to our inbox.

5. Children's privacy

This site is designed for parents, guardians and teachers of young learners. It is not directed at children for the purpose of collecting data, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child. Purchases and enquiries should be made by an adult. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to answer you. Transaction records are retained for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. The purchase cookie expires after the 7-day access period.
